Victoria Square Belfast
is a £320 million pound joint venture between Farrans and Gilbert
Ash. This ambitious regeneration project will provide over 800000 sq ft
of retail space, 2 levels of basement parking with 1000 spaces, a cinema,
bars, cafes and residential property. Due for completion in 2008, this
development is one of the largest of its kind in Europe.
