Health & Safety matters are very much a key consideration. All employees are required to adhere to health and safety policies and comply with the strictly enforced Policy Statement."

The prevention of risk, accidents and ill health and the promotion of a safe working environment are integral to operational management and are supported by a competent health and safety advisory service. Our objectives are to:

1.Develop organisational and operational structures to manage health and safety.

2.Promote a health and safety culture ensuring effective representation and participation by all employees of Simon and Calvert.

3.Develop mechanisms and systems to ensure the progressive improvement of health and safety for all workers in Simon and Calvert.

4.Effectively liaise with regulatory authorities, standard setting bodies, professional institutions and trade associations.
